FAQs
Answers to the questions we hear most often about TopCaddy electric golf trundlers, delivery, warranty and support. Can't find what you need? Email info@golftopcaddy.com.
What is an electric golf trundler?
An electric golf trundler (also called an electric golf trolley or caddy) carries your golf bag around the course under its own power, so you can walk 18 holes without pushing or pulling. TopCaddy models are motorised, and several are remote-controlled.
How far does a TopCaddy battery last?
Every current TopCaddy trundler comes with a 36-hole lithium battery, so a single charge comfortably lasts a full 18-hole round - usually two. Lithium batteries are lighter and longer-lasting than lead-acid.
What's the difference between a push and a remote trundler?
Electric (push) models move under power while you walk alongside and steer the handle. Remote models - the P2, X2R and M1, plus the TC01R - add a handset so you can send the trundler ahead or around hazards from up to 50-150 metres away, depending on the model.
Do you ship across New Zealand?
Yes. We ship nationwide on an overnight courier, and most NZ orders arrive within 3-4 working days (allow 1-2 extra days for rural addresses). A signature is required on delivery and we're unable to ship to PO boxes.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every TopCaddy trundler has a 12-month warranty covering mechanical and electronic components plus the lithium battery and charger. This is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Can I return my trundler?
We offer free returns within 15 days for credit, exchange or refund (shipping is not refunded; conditions apply). Used carts may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Special-order items and batteries are non-returnable.
Do you offer repairs and servicing?
Yes. TopCaddy is New Zealand owned and operated and provides repair and maintenance services nationwide, along with a full range of genuine spare parts.
Which accessories and parts fit my trundler?
Cup holders, scorecard holders, umbrella holders, seats and bag supports fit across the TopCaddy range. Electronic and mechanical parts vary by model - check the product page or contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.
How heavy is a TopCaddy trundler, and does it fold?
TopCaddy trundlers weigh roughly 11-13.5 kg with the battery and fold down compactly (around 900 x 580 x 300 mm) to fit most car boots.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
